2008 收购美国Datascope监护业务，迈瑞跻身全球监护领域第三大品牌。同年，迈瑞“高性能全自动生化分析仪关键技术及系列产品的研发和产业化”项目获国家科技进步二等奖。

2009 时任国务院副总理李克强视察迈瑞，勉励迈瑞创造更多“中国第一”。

2013收购美国高端彩超技术供应商Zonare，跻身全球影像技术领导者阵营。同年， 迈瑞流式技术荣获中国知识产权局颁发的“中国专利金奖”。
